Will they grow?

Hey Everyone,

Just a small random question but my sow's are 8 months old and seem quite middle-sized, will they grow anymore or are they generally done?

Piggies tend to grow until they are about 12-15 months old although the growth rate will slow down after 6-9 months old (that is when you can start to very gradually reduce the amount of pellets to the 1/2-1 handful that a mature piggy needs in a day). The average weight is about 900g-1400g, although anything between 800-1800g is considered a normal adult weight.

Piggies that have not been able to reach their ideal weight during the first year of life for some reason can still grow until they are about 2 years old to mak up for lost ground.
