For the past few days I have noticed that during my last evening check, William and Finn have completely emptied their food bowl, turned it upside down and one of them (not sure who) has proceeded to poop and wee on top of it.

This has happened every night. Now they are either telling me that they don't like the food or they don't like the bowl. It isn't a bad bowl, just your standard brown pot. But it is really quite disturbing! :))


I'm going to take a photo if it happens tomorrow...the cheeky rascals! rolleyes

Thats impressive. Well done boys. Do they eat the food or just tip it out?

It is an everyday occurence for there to be about 5 poops in each food bowl in the morning. I really don't know how they do it
 
They eat all the food first :))

How on earth they balance on top of the bowl is something I have to see! Finn is 1.5kg and William not far behind!

I can only assume that they are protesting about something rolleyes

My piggies astound me some days. :(|)
 
My lil girl does somethin similar she will keep turning her bowl over & has now learnt to somehow drag her bowl (its light) on TOP of her house an push it off. iv yet to see this but she was apparntly doing it at 5am the other morning over and over.
 
:)) that is sooooo funny! A dirty protest at having no food left, only piggies would do such a thing :))
 
Somedays mine will eat all their dry food and just leave a few poops at the bottom of the bowl. Other times they eat all the burgess excel and leave a amongst the harringtons
The worse is getting rid of weed on dry food urgh. :)>>>

I would say they are in protest at running out of food!
 
They don't poop inside the dish...they turn it upside down and leave a puddle and a poop on top. It is then up to me to clean it off so I can put the dish the correct way around and refill it! rolleyes

I just despair!
 
Ah cute. Aren't pigs amazing creatures, so clever having a protest at the empty bowl
 
I always find a few poos in the pellet bowl every day but no wee luckily. :))
