Willow has 4 toes on her back feet

We trimmed all 8 of our piggies toes a cpl days ago and noticed Willow has 3 normal toes on each back foot and then theres what looks like a piece skin hanging off the back which has a nail on it one both her hind feet, it doesn't seem to bother her, just wondered if should try trimming the nail on it or do we need take her to the Vet to get it taken off. (I know when my dog had and extra toes the vet removed it when he was a baby)

I’ve had a piggy with extra toes. You can leave them alone unless they start causing a problem. They are harmless and don’t usually need any treatment.

I had a piggy with one back toe - she was born that way but she copped absolutely fine - made nail trims quicker lol

My Bob had one extra toe on each backfoot. Never bothered him.
