Hi all. Just wondering I am sure I read somewhere that first spring grass, old winter grass is bad for piggies due to a high level of something but i can't remember where/ find the post. Any one know if it is ok for them? ?/

I was gonna say the same thing. It's high in sugar (fructan). I don't know if this causes any problems with pigs though. I don't give them much at the moment anyway. Just a handful or so a day :)

I think winter grass is low in nutrients but don't know anymore . . .
