Wipes?

And one more thing is Sherwood pet health adult guinea pig food good and healthy? And is selective naturals botanicals better?

You shouldn’t need to wipe them - they should be perfectly able to keep themselves clean.
If they ever can’t then there is a possible health issue which would need to be addressed by a vet first and foremost. Any cleaning that you had to do for them is ideally best done with plain water where possible

As for the Sherwood food - there seems to be several types (it’s Joe something that is commonly used here so i had to look it up).
One of them says it is ‘adult guinea pig food - blended pellets’ but that contains equal amounts of hay and alfalfa so would be entirely unsuitable for adult piggies given they should not eat alfalfa.

Selective naturals grain free is commonly fed

My long furred piggy did need an occasional bum wipe although she was good at cleaning herself and I kept the fur trimmed.
I used unscented, water based baby wipes from the Supermarket

I've asked my exotic vet this same question, and she advised not to use wipes as they clean themselves perfectly fine, unless they are experiencing anything medical that prevents them from doing so. If you have a long hair piggy be sure to brush them everyday and trim as needed! :tu: I'm not sure about either of those brands, I always recommend Oxbow.
