Hey everyone
My Dylan quite simply has a wobbly top incisor tooth. All the others are fine, but its stopping him from biting down on tough things so I'm having to chop his veg really small and even then he's not eating all of it. I'm worried its going to put his other teeth out of line as the incisors are already longer than they should be really. Any ideas what can be done? Such a little issue can be detrimental to little rodents :-/ x

Is it possible that he has had a fall or banged his face - breaks above the gumline are fairly common in falls, you may find that he tooth will fall out in a few days. Lots of long stemmed hay will help keep the rest of the teeth in good shape. As the front teeth have overgrown then I would have them checked and trimmed by a competent vet - may be worth a trip up to Simon Maddock to see whether there is an issue with the back teeth.

Extra vit C may also help if the teeth are loosening on their own.

HTH

Suzy xx
