as you know I had expanded the sqube range to include a really lovely "star" fabric, it only came in black, purple or blue. Well at the beginning of Jan red appeared and I got enough to make 3, here is the first one made up, took me a while to get a photo as the weather has not been suitable to take any photos outside.

Its a really lovely bright red, very impressed with the material, and I decided to go with cream inside like the black version as it looks less red, and in your face.

The other stars are in this photo incase you cant remember what they looked like.

I have also ordered some different fabrics to extend the range further, these will be cream fleece insides as well to match them.

looks really cool

Just wanted to say thanks. The sqube is superb and the boys love it! I highly recommend!

Can you take the squares inside out so you don't need to put the full cube in the wash?

Sadly no, the whole cube is attached to itself which is why it keeps its shape. I do find the sides can get a bit wet too - might just be my girls that insist on spraying up the sides but when its cleaning out time I just stick everything in their pen in the wash, the boys squbes tend to be better looked after but then again there are 4 in the girls pen and 3 of them have been known to try to fit intogether so that might explain things. They dont take too long to dry and squash right up in the machine, again as they are all fabirc and nothing structured to keep the shape, they scrunch up and pooffe out again

I was thinking of my Fred so he could have a nice bed, well his wound is open. They look awesome but I'm thinking for Fred I should stay away from fleecy item's to be as hygienic as possible so he doesn't pick up any infections.

I might get them one when he's well as a Congrats your better pressie :)).

The designs are awesome!

I will take some over the weekend and post!
:)
I've been leaving it as the boys are still very skittish and seem to think I'm going to eat them! I'll see if they'll co-operate with a pose with the sqube on the weekend, otherwise you may just see a pic of the sqube and a cage with hay, a bowl and a tube in (as they'll be hiding!)
