I have a 5 year old Guinea about a month now he got his teeth done he never had to get a done before they alway been good to find out he was missing did not know that. For a while he would not eat on his own I would have syringe feed it been a slow process he back to his self eating on his own he want eat like a horse the only thing now he want drinks from his water bottle I have give to with a syringe when I'm work I worry about hi have enough water I give veggies befor I go to work i know that enough then when my Daughter get home from school she give him water I have try anything I got a new bottle I either try a bowl I know thats carzy any ideas will help here a picture of the bottle I have

Wont drinks water on his own

It may be that he is getting enough water from his veggies and he is drinking little amounts from the bottle when you aren’t there but not necessarily enough to show a decrease in the bottle. If you are seeing wet patches in his cage then he is getting enough water and urinating properly.

Thank I have put a tape around the bottle that way why when i get home I can check the water have not move much before got his teeth fix he use to drink a lot of water
