Hi all. I’m looking for recommendations for a good size wooden run to use on the lawn as my previous one needs replacing. The old one is 6ft x 3ft and I’d like something of a similar size that folds for storage and the lid folds completely back to allow access into the pen. I’ve seen quite a lot online of that size but access is limited, making it difficult to catch piggies again! Does anyone have any suggestions please?

We have a large wooden folding run from
Rabbit-hutches.co.uk
It’s about 5yrs old now, and doing ok. The lids a bit wonky- but I think that’s partly due to our lawn not being as level as it used to be.

I did a lot of research and eventually decided on this one:

It is very light, so easy to move to new grassy patches every time we put them out. And you can raise the lid on either end so easy access to put them in and take them out. I use my snuggle sacks to carry them in and out.

Also it is quite nice-looking so is a great addition to the garden!

It is not folding unless you take the screws out from the lid - so is not foldable on a daily basis, but can be folded away for the winter.

So without the screws in the lid, I’m guessing the lid just balances on top of the frame?
