so my mom keeps opening my window. I was cleaning my guinea pigs cage out and I saw worm-like bugs in it. They very small. It's not a maggot, it's skinnier. What could they be? Are they harmful? Should I go see a vet? I did not pay attention to the color as I am very afraid of bugs and got rid of them right away.

Hi!

Please check your piggies' bums for signs of fly strike, which develops very quickly and is fatal if discovered too late.
Hot Weather Management, Heat Strokes and Fly Strike

Otherwise, it can happen that bugs lay their eggs into piggy cages. Please make sure that you clean the cage twice weekly and that you disinfect/deep clean the cage.

Sound like fruit fly lavae which feed on vegetable matter. Unlikely to effect your piggies but always remove any leftover vegetables and do poop scoup twice daily in warm or humid weather. Clean cage out at least twice a week. That should stop any problems

Welcome to the forum.
I echo what has been said.
My lit need cleaning more often in the warmer weather
