I'm picking up my Gp tomorrow, after it's been to the vets for fungal injection, and hopefylly check up to, it has a bald patch and a pink ear-how long do you think it will be till it clears up, should I avoid holding him etc for a little while?
Thanks, and sorry I have posted this elsewhere! ;)

I don't think it would be a problem to hold him/her. The more love the better I think. Don't know if that helps at all.

just make sure you keep your hands clean, wash them before and after holding him :)

I would pet them, then just wash your hands afterwards, if you think your getting something pop on a bit of thrush cream, its good for all over the body, your piggy too. Thrush does not spread that easy from skin to skin, as long as you have no open wombs, and if your healthy you should not get it.
