Worried about piggies!

OMG he’s eating hay! I’m so happy! How silly is it to get so worried!

Not silly at all - we’ve all been there. Great that he’s taking mushed pellets and starting to eat hay!

Its not silly to get worried we have all been worried about our little fluffy spuds at some point or another. That's what great about this Forum everyone understands what your going through.

Ok so he’s had 5 more mls of mushed pellets and is now eating the dried pellets in the cage, as well as hay nibbling which is good. But he’s lost another 5g today which is not what I want. If no better by tomorrow then another trip to vets I think 😪

Weigh at the same time everyday

Well we haven’t had any whimpering for a few hours and Donald is currently doing laps around the cage! Upstairs and down! Mickey looks a little bemused! I think he might be starting to feel a little better! 😍

So we’ve had no whimpering overnight that I know of... I’ve been sleeping in the living room with them and I’m a pretty light sleeper so I'm
Fairly confident there hasn’t been any whimpering. When I woke up this morning Donald was in the hay box, buried and is now tucking into his veggies in his loft so he has them without Mickey stealing them. He’s just raced down the ramp and stolen some of mickeys veggies! Now doing laps and zombies, Mickey clearly isn’t it he mood but Donald just wants to celebrate that he feels much better! Usually weigh them on an evening so will wait but when I held Donald this morning for his meds he felt a little more
Plump so I’m hopeful he’s headed in the right direction. 😍😍

That's brilliant. Fingers crossed he keeps improving and fully recovers. 😍

So what I meant to say was Zoomies not Zombies! 🤣🤣

A 13 hour shift:yikes::yikes: That's a long day and a long way from Northampton! :dri: Do you have the same tomorrow?:hmm: What took you such a long way from home?
Thats nothing. I have worked in cork and wick and inverness lol

He’s a little darling! Mickey is gorgeous but will only tolerate laptime for so long. Donald would sit there all day if I let him!
