Hi I'm feeling a bit worried/guilty about the location of the boys house at the moment.

Does it look OK to other people? My boys are free range so they can come out as they please

Hi are you concerned cause of them being tucked away? To me it looks like you've thought about them not getting too much sun
If they're free range they've the best of both worlds. They can come out and sunbathe or go back and snooze in the comforts of their house

It is a lot better than being right next to the window like before so I agree with you!
Still worried that I will barely see them. They were pretty happy this morning but I miss seeing them as soon as I walk into the room too.

That looks similar to the position my Tabs and Thumbles are in and they seem happy enough.

I'm just new to being a Guinea Pig owner but I think this is great,it's in a corner so it'll feel cosy & safe. They can run around & then go back to their own bit. To me it's like they have the best of both worlds, be out & about or go home and relax

I did train my Tribe to come out to the dining table at the other end of the room for breakfast and dinner, so I had a good check on how everypig was doing twice a day. Night night tidbit (a piece of cucumber) was being served in the cage before I went to bed, to make sure that everypig was in the cage for the night.

Best put an old towel on the floor where they are to eat, as it can get a bit messy, even if you don't do it with a dozen piggies!
