Worst Spot Clean EVER!

Just finished doing the piggies nightly spot clean and OMG they have had a peeing good time since this mornings spot clean. Their whole cage was saturated and at first I thought their bottle had leaked but around their bottle was about the only dry spot in the cage, they had even managed to pee in their hay bowl and there was wet hay everywhere and was a real nightmare to clean up. So I've had to change their cage liner and pads because it was damp as well and I have a thing about the piggies not sitting on wet fleece pads because I feel that I wouldn't like to sit in wet clothes after I peed myself lol. I love you piggies but i'm not sure we can be friends for the rest of the night

That may be our problem, thinking of piggies as civilised and not utterly bent on trying to destroy our last shred of humanity!

I found a poo floating in the fosters’ water bowl this morning. It’s tucked away in a corner so the mind boggles.

You mean places like in your bra, coat pocket, shopping bag and please no one ever unexpectedly move the sofa in front of guests, with the best will in the world I can't be expected to hoover under it 4 times a day!

My piggies have have a 2-floor hutch and an attached 5x2 C&C run on the floor. But I don't know why they decided to always stay on the 2nd floor most of the time now (they sleep in there at night), and as a result, I always have to change the paper bedding every morning coz it'll be soaking wet. There would also be times that their pellet bowl and the ramp is wet with pee! I have 3 piggies and lately, I've always have to put them on the run or the 1st floor myself just so they can have playtime and chase each other during the day. But after only a few minutes, they would all go back up to the 2nd floor. It's like they are all turning into lazy sods. I think they enjoy making cleaning time extra hard for me too.

Absolutely! As their slave there is nothing better than cleaning up after your piggies and you have nothing better to do, obviously!

And they are just so damn cute and sweet which makes it impossible to be mad at them.
