With the zooplus 20% discount, I could get a 120cm cage for £27.99.
Trouble is I don't need one. Would I be a fool to succumb to a bargain I don't need? Especially if it meant I might be more inclined to get another pair of rescue pigs..... (I've already got 4).

Advice please!

i have to say if it was me .......... i just couldnt refuse ! you just never know when it might come in handy ........... :)

I would if I had the money and also it would help 2 rescue guinea-pigs if you got some to fill the cage :))

I'd say get it if you don't have a spare, as you never know when you might need a hospital cage etc. But, if you already have spares, probably leave it! :)

i would, even if you don`t need it now one day * might, although if it might tempt you in getting more and you know you really cant then properly don`t (or just ask someone to hide it lol)

Don't ask me - I have a barn FULL of hutches and cages, I can't get rid of any, I'm hopeless!

I have a cage graveyard up in the loft, which really needs clearing out. There are all different sorts of cages and sizes, and yet never what I need, so I always seem to end up having to buy new ones! mallethead

A rescue might be grateful of them :)

If I had the space for a spare then I would probably buy it, it's a bargain :))

A spare cage can be a dangerous thing though ;)

I had kept a tiny cage (about 75 cm) as a hospital cage, but when I came to need it I just decided it was way too small and ended up buying another. So, you could get this one as a spare and then get rid of your small one.

This might be a silly idea :red but if you don't need it yourself you could buy it as a donation to a rescue as its cheap.

Probably. I too cannot resist a bargain and my overflowing shed is a testament to this.

However, this is not a bargain! Why not? Well, you have to add in the adoption costs plus the lifetime food bill plus the vet bils and the bedding costs and the piggy hotel costs (for holidays) plus .... because you will put something in the cage.:)
