It’s made from maize flour. It sticks together and you can eat it with food - as an alternative to rice. It’s hard to explain so below is a picture!

If I've got to sleep on this as well as eat it, like piggies with hay, I reckon a thick slice of freshly baked bread would be pretty good. It would have a nice bit of give, like a memory foam mattress topper

It doesn’t taste like either. It’s kind of a bland taste as we don’t add salt or any seasoning. I can’t explain the taste to you. You can make porridge from the flour as well.

Uh, speaking of mashed potatoes, I'm going to amend my bed slightly. Keep the roast chicken (dark meat, ofc), skin and the stuffing, but also champ in there too. Maybe colcannon. But definitely champ.
