For piggies? Is there an excess to pay?

I'm not sure if it's worth it, or if there are clauses so they can get out of paying for things if you know what I mean?

If so which companies do you use?
Many thanks

There is a lot of divided opinion on this and I'm sure there are plenty of members who can give you recommendations.

In my opinion, I've never found it to be worthwhile. There are very few companies who offer insurance for exotics (anything except a cat or dog seems to be exotic). The excess is usually around the £50 mark and this means that the vast majority of routine/common procedures just won't be covered.

I find that if I put away the moeny I would spend every month on insurance into a separate account, this is almost always enough to cover any vet bills.
