Wound, scar, or something else?

I got Thea from the back room of a pet store a few days ago and I found this white-ish spot on her right flank.
It's hidden under her fur until I part it, I can feel the little bump under her fur.

The employee who got her for me wouldn't tell her why they couldn't sell her so idk what happened.
She hasn't been in contact with the other pigs, so I know they couldn't have done it to her.
Is this something I should take her to the vet for? Maybe it's just some weird gunk she got on her?

I agree with @Lady Kelly . Please see a vet for a proper diagnosis, which we simply cannot do (nor are we qualified to).
