If there is literally NO difference in scratching and dandruff after two xeno treatments 2 weeks apart, can I call it quits and treat for fungal? I don't want to wait another fortnight to do the last one?

Edit: second dose was last friday, so 7 days ago....so it would only be another week, but then i'd have to wait the 2 days before using the imaverol dip, and 9 days is along time to wait when your scratching like mad

Were you thinking of treating with Imaverol? if so then yes I would go ahead but let your vet know what you are doing. Remember to patch test for 48 hours behind the ear and do not bath or dip within 24 hours of any mite treatment.

Yeah I have the imaverol and your instructions from before written down.

I've given them patch tests before and Luna has already been dipped before. So can I skip the patch test?

Also helen, can i use the same dip to bath both pigs while the water is still warm or do i need to make a fresh batch each?

Ah good, if they have been patch tested or dipped recently then it should be ok. I would make a half batch for each of them, ideally they need to be dipped separately. I use a throw away sponge to work it into the difficult to reach areas too.
