Hello!
Today I was letting my Guinea Pigs play in their play pen inside the house. They were happy and doing well until I noticed yellow pee on the ground. I didn’t think it was serious or anything, but I just wanted to come here and check if this is okay. Sometimes I see clear pee, but sometimes it is a yellowish color. Am I supposed to be worried? Or is it normal?
Thanks!

I find their pee colour can change depending what veg or fruit they have been eating.
You can of course do a pee dip test too like you do for humans.

Hi! Yellow pee can either be concentrated or coloured by veg; some veg can discolour pee. It is nothing to worry about.

Hmmmm.....
I may have been over feeding them cucumbers and zucchini.....
And they do seem a bit more chubbier!
😂
Thanks Anyway!
