Yogurt!

My grandmother had a spoonful of Greek yogurt, but she doesn't like blueberries in the yogurt, so when my mom was going to throw it away, she said, "Will Guinea (Sprite) eat the yogurt?"
Sprite was in my hands, and I replied with, "I don't think so..." My mom gave him a fingertip of yogurt and he got so excited, he bit her! We got a plastic spoon and spooned him globs of yogurt that he licked away. His innocent little face made it the funniest thing in the world!
Our chubby little friend is now officially part of our insane, yet wonderful, Greek family!

Please do not feed yoghurt. Guinea pigs are vegan and must never have any animal products.

Yoghurt and any other dairy products are a strict no no. Guinea pig guts are not laid out to digest them, even though they like the sweetish taste.

I realize that guinea pigs cannot eat yogurt because they are lactose intolerant, and after that we threw the yogurt away, but his reaction was so cute, he even made his guinea pig begging face! :3
