Yoshi's lost weight!

Well, Yoshi has been on his thyroid medication for a week now and he's lost 175g so far, he also seems to be a lot perkier. :)
We're definitely seeing a lot more of him now, before he got his diagnosis and meds ( for an underactive thyroid ) he was virtually hibernating in his snuggleroll. It's so nice to see him pottering around again. :)
I'm really pleased with his progress so far, he's due for a check up with Vicki in a couple of weeks so will keep you informed.

Wonderful news! I am so glad that my special boy is so much better and happier in himself!
 
Having an underactive thyroid is horrible and without medication all you want to do is sleep. If you're awake and moving about it makes your muscles really hurt. I'm so pleased the medication is working....it makes such a difference! :)
 
Thats great news Yoshi is picking up with the meds. I have an underactive thyroid so can sympathise with the tiredness!
