You can write reviews on p@h website

Ive just discovered that you can write reviews on the p@h website about their products. Either hutches (ie too small and don't meet RSPCA min standards) or animals available to purchase in store (mis-sexed, over breed, already pregnant, ill etc.).

I wonder whether if enough of us posted honest but polite reviews it would start to make p@h think, and any potential future customers would better informed before they make a decision.

They won't approve all reviews sadly especially negative ones which to me makes reviewing anything pointless! I have never had a negative review approved and go live.

they dont approve overly negative reviews. I posted some on their pathetic excuses for cages and they never went live

same lol! i had a bit of a rant tho so hardly surprising, it'd be like an ebay seller only displaying their negative feedback, oh well, email them via other means, at leats its another voice heard, kind of...

Try reporting to trading standards/consumer direct surely only allowing positive reviews is purposely misleading customers on there products

There is a review on the ferplast 80cm that isnt exactly positive.

It goes into the regulations for the size of cages!

I tried getting one up earlier, I'll wait and see if it's verified. Definitely a good point about trading standards.

I try not to look at their reviews. There's some horrible ones i've seen from ignorant owners, one saying two guinea pigs were happy and had loads of room in a ferplast 80 but they were two girls that fought so they bought each girl a male piggy each and now both females are preganant and saying how great it was that they were having babies. mallethead
