For weeks now I've been trying to think of what could be used as another cover for their heat pad when it needsWashing, almost gave up until I spotted my sons beanie hat ( he would go mad if he knew).
Someone approves,look at him all snuggled up!

For anyone who doesn't have a son or a spare beanie hat, I actually make heatpad covers 2 for £5.50 including postage. If you live near a pound shop, though, you might find a fleecey beany that would do just as well.
