I just got a pretty young guinea pig from a coworker who was trying to get rid of the babies her's had. I don't know too much except what I've been reading online about taking care of them, so I went and took her/him to the vet not a few weeks later. Vet said she/he (couldn't even tell me what gender the pig is) was perfectly healthy and about 14 weeks old maybe. But I noticed in the fur, the pig had some bumps. I looked closer just now and found a black/red, I don't even know, like a scab maybe? Tried to bite at my fingers every time I rubbed near it. There are a few in various spots around her back that I've found so far. She/he also vibrates every single time I touch her back. Not her stomach or near her face though.

Please have her checked for mange mites or bites; mange mites make the skin very painful, so guinea pigs typically hate to be touched in those places (a deep sharp grrr is a sign of displeasure). They also bite themselves bloody.
It is impossible to diagnose via the internet just from your description. Please do NOT treat mange mites with low dosed shop products on spec; they will only make things worse instead of better.

I agree that this needs a proper diagnosis, but could well be mange mites. If so, the vet will need to inject ivermectin as the spot on version will not work. let us know how you get on.
