Yummy home made treats! (with pigtures)

So I decided that today was the day for making some Guinea pig treats myself, that way i could monitor what went in them and I knew there were no nasties in them, unlike some shop bought treats. I also made some Hamster ones too.

Here they are before baking, he smaller ones without grass are for hammies and the larger ones with Readigrass are for piggies:

And I'm happy to report both Pigs and hamsters loved them, they were such a big hit Oliver popcorned for the first time xx>>>

PS is the readigrass the same as the stuff for horses?

It is indeed, If you don't have any you could always use hay, :)
 
They certainly looked like they were enjoying those! I would love to make them for my two boys, do you think you could pm me the recipe also please? xx

I was just about to suggest that as well - would be good to have a piggie recipe thread where people could add their recipes for others to try ;)
