poor Zak,unwell yesterday evening,he gulped his emeraid down,gave him some metacam.stayed up with him overnight.today he travelled to the vets,not knowing what was wrong.xrays performed,Zak had kidney stones in both kidneys.i knew this had a poor prognosis.I decided in Zak interests to have him put to sleep this afternoon.He was larger than life and will leave a hole in my heart ,and his wives Sarah and Freya.Goodbye Zak,3 years and 10 months you gave so much joy.xx
 
I'm so so sorry for your loss Eileen. Rest in peace and have fun at the rainbow bridge gorgeous Zak 💔🌈

So sorry for that you had to make that difficult decision for Zak.
Look after yourself and allow yourself time to grieve for him.

Thanks for all your kind messages.I'm beginning to think I'm jinxed ! I've had ten deaths in eight months.Zak and Monica are the only two with stones .maybe need to tweak there diet.it never gets any easier losing them.Mind you that's the same for patients after nursing for 35 years .
 
Eileen I am so very sorry, losing two so close together is devastating. Hope you are doing okay. Remember the life so full of love you have gave your little ones. Massive hugs x
