How long does it usually take? I got an email from them several days ago saying they had sent my order but it still hasn't arrived which I'm a bit annoyed about cos I need the carrier and hay I ordered from them urgently. mallethead

I've only ordered from them once, and that was for 2 snugglesafes. They came within about 3 days which I was very impressed with, when I realised they'd actually come from Germany. Why don't you phone them with the order number and enquire - there must be a "track and trace" facility.

Oops, just realised I meant Pet Planet. mallethead I ordered from zoo plus aswell but not expecting a package from them yet, sorry about that got a bit confused between the two.

Oh. Never used them. Even so, why not contact them and enquire.

I have used Pet Planet several times and sometimes for large orders. They are usually good at keeping within their estimated delivery date. I've never had any problems.
