They just dont seem big enough, i mean I would like to maybe get a couple, but its just like OMG, how can I tell that my fatty boom boom will fit in there? :( :o

The girls have one of those when they were babies they could get through the window as well but not now I dont think they are big enough once they get past about four months, my OH made them a wooden house and its a lot bigger and better plus they have a pigloo too. :smitten:

no, they look very nice and i have seen ppl on here with them, i just get scared that mine will get stuck, as all four of them insist on being piled up on top of eachother ::) I wanna get something for the other hutch so the new guinea can snuggle down a bit, i think the yellow igloo I got will be too small...

any suggestions on a little cosy house that could fit in a 3ft hutch?

I think 3ft is 'cosy' enough as it is, and in my opinion too small :) If its a hutch (and that small) I don't think I would put anything else in, does it have 2 compartments?

What about the Hay houses that you can get my boys have one as well as another wooden one that OH made for them too. God I'm so lucky he is good a making things :smitten:

Do you know what i mean about hay houses?

See if i can find a pic just incase :)

well I'm saying 3 foot, i mean merry and rosie were perfectly happy, but yknow like 12 years ago when i first kept them, the size guidelines were alot different to today by the looks of things, and its only for 2 weeks, i guess if shes on her own and i cram it with hay one end, yeh it does have two compartments ;)

Everyone's entitled to get things wrong :) Its how we learn :) I used to keep all my boars with my male rabbits back in the seventies ::) If its just temporary then its not a problem is it :)

My Cloud got stuck in one those ::) Just check the size :)

Ive had and got both of them O0 well did have the hay one - quite a few actually but they soon collapse as they get eaten ;D
the normal wooden houses are fine - i have loads of them and normal £5 domes :smitten:

the houses I buy are the bunny ones as the GP ones are simply too small for them once they grow up.
I have the corner bunny ones from zooplus are they are great because they save space as well O0

my housemate had a log cabin from P@H similar to that, but her pigs got too big for it, so merlin has it now. he will grow out of itt too soon enough.

if you so buy a house buy a bigger one that will last when they are fully grown O0 I'm only using it for merlin as it was sat going to waste in her room, and i dont like the green plasticy houses in nero 3, but in a few months he will be going in a C+c anyway.

if your only keeping her in the hutch for 2 weeks, i would just pile a load of hay in one of the compartments fr her to snuggle in :)

I have a litter tray in one of my hutches and they like to snuggle in that :)
