Yup totally agree - you have to time it right because they do sell out of things quickly, but I have just managed to get two of the very large trixie metal runs for £101 (incl 10% new customer discount). The same runs in my local store would have cost £160! Service was great, arrived four days after order placed.

Yes I ordered a guinea pig cage from them last Thursday morning and it was 10% off because I was a new customer. I wonder if the 10% doesn't show anymore because we aren't new customers?:{ Maybe to someone that was it would show?

Does anybody know who they use for deliverys so I know what sort of van to look out for?

Yes, they do still do the 10% off offer as i was a new member until yesterday! I brought the pictures a bunny size corner house and a grassy hutch. Do any of you have these? Just wondering how successful they are with your piggies?
