Dried serum from fur?
Since Eliza's eyelids will more than likely never fuse together again after her eye socket had to be left open after her eye removal, she is producing serum and dead tissue from the area and probably always will
The problem I am having is now the fur is growing back over the 'wound', the gunk is getting stuck in her fur around where the eye was and I am finding it very hard to remove it without hurting her. It's like she has a scab stuck in her fur although it isn't a scab, just dried gunk but she has a clump of it that I can't remove
I have hibi scrub but this is leaving her fur hard and salt water isn't shifting it either. I am currently using tissue paper to wipe it with.
