I don't want to worry you, but it does look like blood to me. I volunteer at a vet practice and often the animals I clean out have blood stains that look like that on the towels/fleece.
I recommend you take your piggie to the vet because it could even be blood in the urine!

Guinea pig wee oxidises and turn an orange colour so , It is sometimes difficult to see if it is blood or oxidised wee on bedding. If you ever see anything suspicious, it is useful to get your guinea pigs into some sort of container to look at their wee. Then, if one of your guinea pigs has a problem with their wee, you can identify which one it as - and maybe even get a sample to take to the vet.
I have pet carriers for this - but a plastic washing up bowl will suffice.

No, it just looks like strongly oxidised dried pee to me. Blood has a slightly different specific weight to urine, so depending on the amount, you either find reddish dots in the middle of the patch or a reddish, differently hued ring around the outside. This is not the case here.
You usually can't miss diarrhea, as creates brown patches on the fleece, is smelly and your guinea pig is looking very off and needs to see a vet promptly.
If you are very worried, you are of course always welcome to have the urine tested. However, if you have a tendency towards anxiety issues or obsessing about stuff, don't do it yourself at home. It can make your life really miserable and stress you out no end!

Just to reiterate what Wiebke and piggy owner have said it does look more like oxidised iron in the wee to me. If you are concerned put them into a bowl to collect the wee or just leave them on a pale colour fleece and wait for them to pee. If it comes out red then it is more likely to be blood and need treatment. If it is clear and only goes red/orange as it dries then it is due to the iron in the pee oxidising.
For the chemists it is iron (II) in the pee and then oxidises to Fe (III). Fe (III) is the iron in rust and what makes rust an orangy red colour.

Looks like oxidised wee to me, too. And as I have 2 piggies currently with UTIs I have seen a fair amount of urine with blood in it recently - and it looks as Wiebke has said - a ring around the edges or a drop in the middle. Hope this helps,
