What a bargain price! I'll definitely be giving this ago! Thank you!I’ve recently swapped to Vale Bale Meadow Hay and the piggies have loved it.
It’s dust extracted and super compressed. You can ask for a more green looking bale via email.

I’d probably say that if yours won’t eat other meadow hay’s then they still might not eat Vale bale meadow hay? I don’t think I have particularly fussy pigs, they do like how long and easy it is to make tunnels out of and when I’ve had bad batches of meadow from other places they have turned their noses up at it.Lavinia, before using the Vale Bale Meadow Hay were your guinea pigs eating meadow hay anyway? I just did an interesting hay test - and I picked fairly for the volunteers, as I picked fussy groups and eat anything groups to test. I had samples of hard Timothy, soft Timothy, mixed and Meadow hay - the fussy ones refused the whole lot, and only nibbled at the Timothy when I refused to feed them anything else until they did. The eat anything group, (which are boars of course) ate all the Timothy but even they wouldn't touch the meadow hay.
I've just cleaned them out, and as far as I can tell, no one touched the meadow hay at all! So has anyone got fusspots who refused meadow hay before but like Vale Bale? I think I might have to see if they will send me a little test box!
