Your guinea pigs need a vet simple as.

Mange mites kills. I am sorry to be so blunt but I have seen horrific cases on here over the years.

Please seek specialist veterinarian treatment now.

Good update
Mange mites have totally cleared up, the piggies hair are growing back nicely
Ringworm has 99% cleared up - One piggie, Lola still has a small patch on her bum but it's clearing up
They all seem healthy and happy, and are all good weights. I've been weighing them weekly and fully disinfecting the Pig house weekly as well. So pleased it's finally getting better
