I would just like to share a negative experience we had on ebay in order that other's are aware. The seller piggiecages-4 (they may change their name) has listings clearly showing cages that do not match what you receive. In our case it was a self build two storey cage however the pieces we received were not able to build a two storey cage. Following us contacting seller with our concerns, we were advised that we needed to buy more parts.

Did you raise a dispute through eBay? If the item received is not as described eBay can assist with the dispute process where you can return the item for a full refund or get a partial refund or the missing items.

piggie cages here, the listing states 19 grids, 23 connectors. this is what you received, additional grids and connectors are available to buy.

If it is described as a self build two storey cage and you can't build it with what you receive cos there aren't enough pieces to build it unless you buy more parts you can still report them to ebay as not fitting description.
