Awww Boris bless him, so pleased he is recovering well. He has a great slave to look after him, will keep checking this thread on his progress x
 
Thank you all :hug: he has been fussing over the wound and made it bleed (looked like a fair amount on his fur but it's hard to tell).

I washed it off with cooled boiled water and as far as I can tell, he hasn't pulled any stitches loose. At what point should I take him to the vet for bothering the wound?
 
Thanks again everyone :luv: you never fail to amaze me at how kind and caring you all are :)

He has the vets for a routine post-op check at 5, and he hasn't made it bleed since the first time, so hopefully it has started to heal enough that he can't damage it much!

He also started Baytril (with pro-biotics) yesterday to ease my mind :) seems like my streak of bad luck may be coming to an end! (I've just jinxed it, haven't I?) :doh:
