Junior Guinea Pig
He had a back tooth filing operation last week when the abcess burst the vet had to abort and get the bleeding under control. But he still isn't eating (except some veggies!)or drinking . The vet saw him yesterday and spoke to her clinical director at our local animal hospital on the phone and there they can use a camera to have a better look but it will mean another general anethetic, which I don't want! Do all vets use general anethetic to have a good look there? He seems better in himself but he just isn't eating or drinking on his own! He has been having critical care and water through a syringe but I really want him to start eating on his own! Does anyone have any tips or advice?x
