Bump on My Guinea Pig's Lower Back

As @Betsy said - just keep an eye on him, his intake and output.
Has he got enough pain meds?
Thanks! I'll keep a close eye on him. So far he's eating an amount that's pretty close to what he usually eats, and his poop looks normal. I did get pain meds from the vet's that he'll be getting.
