Hello you wonderful people.
Again our beautiful Cocoa is giving us worry.last night 10ish or so we notice Cocoa has a bit of a droopy lip.
In herself she seems ok . . guess little quiet this am at breakfast but you do look at things through worried eyes. but we think she has a little congested noise again only very slight. Also lovely people We have a lady who looks after our girls when we are away. She has horses and dogs cats this is a stab in the dark but could she pass anything onto the girls. Just wondering. Dave.xx

Oh David, your girl are really keeping you on your toes aren't they!
Obviously a vet visit is a good idea, but as usual you are clearly already on top of that.

It does look like there might be a small cut on her lip, but it is difficult to be certain from the photos.
So hopefully it is nothing major, and whatever the problem is, it is clear you have caught it very, very early.
Your girls are blessed to have such devoted and caring owners.

You are doing the best thing, getting her checked out by the vet early. I hope there's nothing wrong but if there is get well soon Cocoa.
Keep us all informed how she is getting on! I check how my lot are breathing every week in the weekly check just in case. Hope the beautiful Cocoa is OK!
Thanks. Kaths at vets with little worry maker. xx

Hope all is well with little Cocoa. We piggy people are born worriers but at least that keeps us vigilant!
Just off to Vets again with Holly with the blood in her pee problem that’s ongoing since last week. Fingers crossed for both. Xx
Oh lass best of luck to you also. x
x:luv: From Cocoa to Holly.

Hi everyone. Thanks for all your healing vibes. Cocoa was very brave. She’s got a chest infection/ bronchitis/ start of URI and a little wound to her lip. She’s been prescribed 0.5ml baytril once a day for 7 days.(Slightly higher dose than before, 9 weeks ago she had similar chest problem). She’s been given Isathal 10mg eye drops for her lip wound. Vet said this was better than other creams for her lip in case she or the others injested it. She’s got a follow up vet appt next wed.
How did Holly get on?
Hugs to all

Thanks for asking after Holly!
She had an X-ray taken and no bladder stones so that is a worry off my mind!
Given an injection of Norodine ( think that’s correct) and different antibiotics ordered for tomorrow.
Aren’t they a worry though!
I’d forgotten your Cocoa had also been to the Vets not so long ago.
Hopefully the stronger dose will eradicate the bug once and for all. Xx
