A MASSIVE THANK YOU.
I'm a very emotional guy and guess a big softy but I love our piggies so much. Seeing Cocoa struggle a little eating and you remember what she was like and you do anything to bring that back. Kaths more deal with it and between us Cocoa gets lots TLC. I'm pls and amazed her weight is good.
So she has to have a little bath now and then . . . come on daddy get a grip. x

I’ve had my favourite cucumber today & a nice bum bath & lots of hay.

23FFF3E3-A5EF-42EE-9C5C-60561CDFF2AD.webpHi again. This is me after my bath/ shower at vets & a cuddle off Kris. I’m having more wees maybe as side effect from my steroids & I’m often wet (oops) so I’ve had a fabulous bath.
My heart & lungs are good & so is my weight.
I have feeling in my back legs even though they don’t work. But I can get around super fast.
My lip tumour is no worse and looks a bit better cos it’s less scabby.
So I’m to continue with my 1 steroid tablet each day & ive got some more hibiscrub if I need it.
I’m still a happy piggy & I go back to see Kris in 3 weeks time.

I’ve had my nightly check & this is when I usually get an embarrassing bumbath... but tonight I smell sweet (after vet Kris’s fab bubble bath) & I've stayed dry. Hooray I feel so proud.....
My bedding has been changed & I now have even more soft fleece to lie on.
I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s been thinking about me.

Ahh thank you Jacky. She’s such a gorgeous beautiful piggy & she’s coping so well. She’s teaching me an awful lot, both emotionally and scientifically. I must admit she’s taking a lot of time etc... and we’ve had to change our morning & night time routine accordingly. But it would be wrong to say she’s hard work, she’s worth every second. I love her so much :wub:

Of course she's worth it! Isn't every piggy? Even my OH said I did the right thing putting Christian through his saving op 9 weeks ago!

Ahhh Thank you Eileen, this special little piggy has stolen a big piece of my heart. She’s time consuming, expensive and sometimes frustrating, but I wouldn’t have it,or her, any other way. She’s amazing :love: xx

Many thanks everyone for your good will and keepin us especially Cocoa in your thougets.
We know lots of you have poorly piggies too and we send you our love and support.
Yesterday was a very emotional day for us as Cocoa started to remain very wet and smelly but I hope we covered that problem with human common sense.
Kath put on lovely stuff on this thread last night and all was well this am.
So we were on a high knowing our beautiful piggie tho very ill but steady. Kath put her back with every fussy Heidi checking over as she does every time she is returned. . Cocoa made her way to a high cube she used to love sit in. . .20171225_171524.webp20180320_204950.webpshe got half way in and that was it. . back legs dangling she course gave up and got down. . for then Chloe to jump in and block any more attempt.
Sad to see but Cocoa just dragged her way to carrot house.
Humans emotions 0 Get on with it Piggie 1.
