As I usually make my own bread I was a bit miffed at the absence of bread flour recently but found a solitary bag in a local Sainsbury’s today.
Maybe everyone will discover the joys of home baked bread now.

Yes, bit miffed by that myself really, have enough left to make one loaf, but I'd really like to try a few new recipes, but alas, the shelves are bare. Given how involved the process is, how many people do you think will actually have the slightest idea how to use the stuff?
