Ha ha no, just soak them in water I think. I am even worse with a potato peeler :)

I really hope he eats something, if not you will need to hand feed again. Is he due any pain relief?

:)):)) its ok I tried that with his pellets he ate some then I put some chopped veg on a baby weaning spoon and held it at the side of his mouth then popped it in and he ate it 3 spoonful so were getting there now.

Hes not due his metacam till the morning hes in his bed now he looks knackered :zzz:

I think the skin off my knuckles was in with the grated veg maybe that's why he didn't touch it hahaha

well originally the vet put eddie on metacam for 5days and he thought his teeth would feel ok enough to eat by that time. but obviously he didn't so i'm not sure if the teeth needed longer to grow a little, or whether it might have been jaw pain he had. so i'd say five days and reassess?

eddie is actually alot better now. we're on day 11 now since the dental and he's brightened up alot now and eating alot more. x
