So, I'd love to hear about everyone's little hoglets and their personalities!
Godfrey is, it seems, an American crested piglet with a ridgeback and an attitude. He likes food, food, relaxing strokes, food and sometimes he likes a proper cuddle. After a few seconds he likes finding an escape, and will dash away. Oh, and he loves food.
At the vet, well, we only had one visit but he squealed his little lungs out, telling us we had to return him home RIGHT NOW.
He's more kissy than his brother, and easier to pick up, even if he's less patient. He'll lick your toes if you're barefoot in the cage, and will lick an offered nose. During cuddles, he may well find a bare spot on your arm to kiss, whereas Duncan will kiss an offered finger, but kissing too much would damage his reputation.

Duncan is, we think, a ridgeback with some aby? He is quite possibly a rare pig, and to us he really is. He dislikes being picked up, he's shyer than Godfrey but appears to be the dominant pig, rumbling at his brother for no reason. Godfrey isn't really bothered though.
Once picked up, he'll settle happily on a lap for quite some time, and at the vet he's quite obedient! He's been twice, and was quite calm both times, though he was very vocal when he had his, ahem, bits checked. But he got some strokes and Critical Care out of it, so all was well. He's a brilliant lap piggy, excellent if you're feeling down and want a cuddle- he has such a sweet face. Look at that adorable little smile!
