Junior Guinea Pig
I haven’t posted here in a while, so I really hope you guys can help me with my pig’s behavior.
About a month back, I finally managed to get my pig a C&C cage and gave him enough space to run around, have a spot for food, and a spot for his barn. However, this past week, he has been waking me up at 2AM (currently that hour) because he has been purposely been biting on his cage and seperating all of my work.
He learned how to undo them by watching me when I removed the grids for floor time.
I’m honestly in desperate need. He’s not letting me sleep and I have to wake up early for school.
I have a feeling that it’s my fault though, I tended to give me very long hours of floor time because before I got the C&C cage, he was living in a small, compact cage. I think he’s marked territory in my room, so now he thinks my whole room is his living space and not his cage.
I really don’t know how to fix this, help please?

This is all the dismantling he created, he is currently resting under my metal shelf, one of his favorite hiding spots.
