Hope he continues to go from strength to strength. The oxbow recovery is pretty much just a liquid food replacement than u can syringe, but has more goodness for building them up a bit. If he starts willingly taking it from you then thats a good sign. Always leave some dried food available in between feeds, weighed regularly to see if hes taking any. The fibreplex is the probiotic that just replaces all the good bacteria in his guts that the antibiotics are killing off. Its most efficient given 1-2 hours after the antibiotic. The dose is one ml per kg of body weight, 3 times a day. The mls are measured in little clicks on the syringe. I find it excellent stuff, much better than any other probiotics ive tried. If you cant get the dioralyte or its not working, u can get "convalescence" from the vet which is the same, just an electrolyte powder u make up with water. Keeping the anus clean is important, if u turn him up and gently part his anus and tease out any lumps of poos, it will help him go. Just the same as you would do with impaction in males if youve ever had experience with that. Theres lots of lovely people giving advice and hopefully it helps the wee man out x
