It's been nice out today, I've not had time to get everyone onto the lawn as I was cleaning out but I took Tilly out to feel the grass on her feet, seeing as she is getting on a bit and slowing down.. 5 years she's had me believing she could only go in circles, little cow took off! Luckily she's completely blind and went straight into the side of the veggie beds so no harm done. Once she realised the grass was everywhere, she settled down to start munching. I havent seen her this active in a long, long time. So hopefully there's plenty of warm dry weather so she can spend lots of time enjoying herself.

Shes without her clean up crew at the moment while I make sure she's got her ins and outs working normally, but I made the mistake of putting the mug down that had the critical care in it...Amber and Iris made off with the spoon and I had to tell Oliver if he got his bloody head stuck, I wasn't going with him to the vet!

Hopefully she can go back in with everyone later when I clean them out, she's doing so well and was eating hay when I checked in on her this morning!

Pearl has broken out of hospital jail and is back in with her friends she's done so well that there's no point keeping her separated. She's been helping me clean out the big pen to stop her chewing the bars when I removed the other piggies

Having a bit of a proud mum moment, our little Mabel hit the milestone of 900g today! She's doing SO well. I'm still reluctant to take a breath, but fingers crossed we finally have her stable.

Tillys back legs are still not great, she's also got soft poops and leaking some urine/laying where she pees. So, we've added in another pain med, some probiotics and syringe feeds. And of course, her favourite, some time in the sun where she happily waddled around.

Someone's much happier this evening, so we'll keep her on the increased pain meds. Her poops are back to normal and she's dry, she also had a run when put back after her most recent syringe feed which was nice to see! Seems the vet was correct when she said there was probably spondylosis going on in her spine, so she was probably painful.

Mabel is still slowly gaining, I dont think we'll ever get to a point where she won't need her top up syringe feeds, but she's doing so good! She's at the vet next week as she's getting a bit soggy around the back end so I'd like to have her urine tested to figure out if there's anything going on with that, plus in spite of the ear drops she's still flapping her ears, they're still bothering her. But she's not letting it bother her at all
