Clare, has Cleo seen a vet since her weight gain? To say that she has gained it 'all of a sudden' and that she is like a water balloon is not something to take lightly. I would be very concerned if a post pregnancy female here showed the same symptoms and would have her scanned for ovarian/uterine problems, oedema, tested for kidney/liver problems.
