Fingers crossed for Terfel!

I am so pleased there was no need for an operation. That is such great news. :)

Having those x-rays done at this point of time and with the kind of symptoms I have been watching was absolutely the right thing to do, but what has thrown us all was that clearly visible blob in Terfel's first x-rays (which we not done under anaesthetic and hence in a less optimal position). I am very grateful that Simon is such a good vet to check and make sure again before operating.

I will pick up Terfel and Caron from Northampton tomorrow afternoon, as well as have a chat with Simon about where to go from there. No stone means only that the symptoms have been caused by something else and that the usual approach to a UTI is not working.

Hedydd means "skylark" and she will get her own thread tomorrow when she is settled more and I have had time to upload some hopefully better pics and some videos I have taken. At the moment, she is having a much needed R&R in the hut, while Tegan wants to go back home, having lost the dispute for the top spot...
 
Oh dear I did not realise some more investigations would have to be done. Poor little one. I really hope all is ok.

Really pleased no Op was needed for Terfel, hopefully Simon can get to the bottom of what's going on with him. Sending healing wheek's and vibes his way.
