Was the anxiety group good? Loosing my bus pass would have probably made me give up and stay at home! I bet you are glad to have them safely with you
Lost it on the bus on the way there
I cried but the nurses were really helpful. Have had to apply for a new one so no bus for a week and I rely on it to get to the shop oops!
