Keep an eye on the weight loss. But 40g, 30g is a pee and 10g isnt much on top of tha, mine can fluctuate 70g depending on when I weight hem, when they last pee'd and drank etc.
Not sure about the sore willy, hoping its just the sperm rod. Ive never actually had one, thank goodness they sound RANK!

Yup, I'm going to keep a close eye on it. I'm going to make an appointment for their post-op check up tomorrow.

I have to say the sperm rod was rank and I was glad that I've got a pretty strong stomach. I'm hopping that the sudocrem will help sort it out but I'll definitely be mentioning it to the vet.

Haven't updated in a while due to health issues of my own... I think I may be suffering a relapse with my M.E. :(

The boys have been rather up and down weight wise but still eating, drinking and pooping fine.

We had an appointment for a check-up with the vet this evening. It turns out that Louie's willy problems are a mild case of fungal willy. So I've got to bathe it with salt water twice a day and apply Canestan Antifungal cream once a day... oh the joys!

I noticed that on one side, Fry's wound didn't look right and I thought there may be an infection which turns out to be the case. The vet opened it up and got all the puss out which was rather rank. Fry was so good and didn't even flinch when the vet did that. The vet didn't think the infection was too serious as we've caught it early. He thinks Fry maybe nibbled at the wound and something has got in and caused the infection. The plan is to give him Metacam and Septrin twice a day but if Septrin doesn't do the job, we'll change to Zith-romax. I'm also bathing the wound in salt water twice a day.

I have moments where I feel so guilty for putting the boys through this... :( I just keep telling myself it'll be worth it in the end when they have their wives and are happily married.

I am really sorry to hear you are unwell. How horrible for you. :(

Poor Louie. I hope the infection clears up soon. Fry sounds so brave. I hope they are both better soon.
